Terms of use

1. The service: Hasm returns structured decisions through an API and a web dashboard, within your plan's limits.
2. Human review: do not use it for decisions affecting people's legal, health or financial rights without human review. When an answer says needs_human, honour it.
3. Accuracy: decisions are probabilistic. We show the probability and grade and abstain when unsure, but the final decision and its responsibility are yours.
4. Your data: personal identifiers are masked before processing; cases are stored encrypted to run the dashboard, corrections and learning. Deleting your account deletes its data.
5. Model provider: a masked case may be processed by a language-model provider. Do not send secret data through the cloud service.
6. Plans: the free plan has no commitment. Paid plans are monthly; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month.
7. Availability: we target 99.5% for paid plans; the free plan has no guarantee.
8. Suspension: we suspend accounts that break these terms or applicable law.
