Decisions, not paragraphs.
Send Hasm any message or request, plus the options you allow. It returns an answer your code can act on — which team, how urgent, how upset — with its probability and a grade that says when to act. When it isn't sure, it says so.

How it works
Three steps. No machine-learning background needed.
Define your questions
Write the question and the allowed answers. Hasm never leaves that list, so your code knows every possible outcome in advance.
Send the case
A customer message, a ticket, an order or structured data — from your app through the API, or from the playground.
Confirm or correct, and Hasm adapts
From the first correction it applies your reasoning to similar cases. Every confirmation and correction re-tunes each question's automation threshold toward the accuracy you set.
Where it fits
Anywhere you make the same kind of judgment, many times a day, on Arabic text.
- Customer support
- Route every message to the right team and spot the angry and the urgent before anyone reads them.
- E-commerce
- Classify orders, returns and reviews, and flag suspicious orders.
- Content and communities
- Is this comment fit to publish? Is it spam, fraud or abuse?
- AI agents
- Which tool the agent calls next, and whether a reply is grounded before it goes out.
- Operations
- Incident severity, the owning team, and whether it needs action now.
- Forms and surveys
- Classify open answers and measure satisfaction without reading every reply.
Why Hasm and not a chatbot?
A chatbot writes for you. Hasm decides for you, in a form your code reads directly.
| Chatbot | Hasm | |
|---|---|---|
| The answer | Prose you have to parse | One of your options, with its probability |
| When unsure | Answers confidently, right or wrong | Says so, and asks for review |
| Same case twice | May answer differently | Same answer every time; your corrections stick |
| Over time | Stays the same | Thresholds follow measured accuracy; cost goes down |
| Personal data | Sent as is | IDs, phones and accounts masked first |
For developers
One request, one structured answer you can branch on. The API is compatible with the Jev contract: switching is a change of URL.
